Vamos lá....
Entre com o usuario ADMIN.
Clique no canto superior esquerdo em PREFERENCES.
NO icone da estrela em PREFERENCES clique em COMOM PREFERENCES.
Selecione em LANGUAGE "Portugues". E pronto
Certifque que todos os usuarios usam na opção LANGUAGE a opção default.

Dessa forma eu só traduzo do usuario admin.
